i read in a site about this and i thought it's some strange because i don't know how exactly it works.

"ADVANCED TECHNIQUE EXERCISE #3 (Toning It Up)
Toning It Up is done by advanced users who have seen the gains they wanted and now want to tone up the penis and keep the gains. Firstly, you need start this exercise in a complete flaccid state. Get some ice from the freezer or a bag of peas and surround your penis with the ice. Then after 2-3 minutes put an hot compress on and massage for 5 minutes."

on another hand, i red in some forum about cementing the gains, something like that:
in the 3rd week of cementing month do this:
"Third: In the flacid state wrap your penis in an ice wrap and hold for three minutes, then do a warm wrap for 5 minutes. Do this everyday for 5 days."

so,
experts, would you explain the whole idea, technic and maybe suggested routine during the Penis Enlargement process like once a week!!?

I have no idea about using this for cementing gains, but I do remember the myth that was told about fire and ice involving some viking and putting his penis in the snow and holding it over a fire. I don't think it would help as it's not like "freezing" ice in a freezer, although warming up the penis DOES help it's elasticity vs. a cold stretch. That's about the only thing I can come up with as how it might be useful.
 
This reminds me of a post a while back of a user who used ice after Penis Enlargementing as a cooldown and he seemed to have very good gains. Could this be the same thing?

That would have been SWM search for it, I've tried it with good results, I noticed when i iced or ran very cold water over it after my pe work out, then reheated, then I would do my ab work out my flaccid would stay "pumped" through that work out as well. However if I skipped the "ice & heat" I would shrivel hating that I now cool & rewarm after my workouts.
It takes guts the first time [and the next 100 or so times] to ice your penis but you eventually get used to it.
 
VK, I don't really know where the story came from but I remember the story mentioning his huge phallus, and that is how he came to have such a large endowment. My personal experience with Ice and Heat isn't a very good one, as it is TOO extreme for some. I'm super sensitive to temperature and anything too hot or too cold causes me to shrivel almost instantly. I did cold water baths post session for a bit and thought it was alright, but I hang much better post session with a HOT water bath.
