I started my Omega 3/6 regiment tonight

Superb stuff mate. Keep going and BELIVE BELIVE and ... BELIVE :)
Give it around 2 months before you make a final decision, it must really get into your system first to really get working but so far it sounds good.
 
I was going to say the same exact thing, except maybe even 6 MONTHS before you judge the plan. If you haven't already, switch to FISH OIL after you finish the FLAX OIL. It works noticeably better (for me at least).

FYI, I have noticed a significant improvement in mood and concentration the last few months since taking BIOTEST SPIKE. I have never been clinical, but I must say since then I haven't had a case of the "blues". Give the meds some time and best of luck. God bless.

Thanks for that, I am trying to be patient with the other meds. Being a junky for part of my life I am always looking for a quick change and I guess I need to put that line of thinking out of my brain.

I second Goldmembers recommendation for fish oil. I have been taking it a few weeks and I definately feel better. I can concentrate better. I did some hardcore searching on the internet for the safest and cheapest fish oil. Most health grade fish oils have not been fully seperated from their contaminants. Make sure you get "Molecularly distilled" fish oil. The best buy I found is from a company called "Now" at www.thecatalog.com.
 
My internist has put me on four capsules of the Omega 3 fish oil per day and a diet with a max. of 300 milligrams of cholesterol. It does seem to help with my mood swings--also my appetite seems more consistently controlled. She wants to get my LDL down below 75.
 
I am still struggling with the depression, I guess it is gonna just take more time.

Sorry DLD. <:( I seriously want to take some time and thank you for this great site about Penis Enlargement and also for mentioning "The Zone diet." A few weeks ago I saw you mention it in some thread. I first read a zone book(the soy zone) in high school and i really liked it. However when I went off to college I gradually fell out of "The Zone diet." After I read the thread in which you mentioned "The Zone" I went to my library and rented the origional Zone book, "Enter the Zone." For about three weeks I have been following this diet very strictly and MAN I feel a shit load better and I'm losing weight as well! Thank you DLD for mentioning "The Zone"! rofl

Yes SPIKE is good stuff, you can get it at your local GNC.
