Hey guys I found my original ruler and measured today and found that I've gained 1/4" after only 4 exercise sessions of Red and BigAl's intense 1 on 1 off routine suggestions! Specifically BigAl's Jelq-Free routine. Details can be found in my progress log. I had to be sure and remeasure because my original ruler had a small metal piece on the side that may had been stopping me from pushing further but turns out its the same as the ruler I measured with first. But the new ruler doesn't have a sharp metal piece on the side so I'm using that one from now on. I'm excited only 4 sessions of intense workouts gave me this! If anyone is having trouble gaining on any other routine or have plateaud I strongly advise you to try BigAl's Jelq-Free routine. Be sure to add 1 rep per session on each exercise. Tension stretches are the bomb! Thanks BigAl, Red, Dld and everybody for encouragement and everything. Can't wait to see gains in a couple months on this routine!
 
yeah ive been doing some of red's "lex steele" stretches and my ligs have not stopped being sore. Im excited to keep this up and measure in a month /joy /joy
 
Yes the V-SES are fucking sweet at stretching the ligs and it just PUZZLES me why hardly anyone tries them out as they are amongst the single most effective exercise for ISOLATING the suspensory ligament to the penis. Only two other exercises can rival it and they imo dont offer the ease of use and intensity you can get with the V-SES.
