So this week I have been doing some regular manual stretching but I have noticed that I now have a small blister it seems like right underneath my head and sometimes this makes it difficult to grip and pull. Am I gripping my penis wrong or something to have this happen I just have been doing the standard ok grip and pulling as hard as I can?...The other question was every day I start to do manual stretching I seem to always have a lig pop is this a bad or good sign that I am pulling hard enough? Any thoughts or ideas with these issues would be of great appreciation to me. Thank you in advance.
 
Listen the poent is not to pull hard as you can.You MUST feel the strech.The strech should be strong,but you should't swell yourself.Do a good warm-up just on your penis if you don't have children.15 min.Than you can make a good session.Just do strong strech,but smart strong,not hard as you can!you make a mistake with your streching.You will just overdose your penis and you can't gain this way.For the blister i think that you may take 2 day's off and relax without masturbation.Advice,don't masturbate(jelging when you are horny)All good.
 
Listen man,the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] is the best for gains.I've gained 2 inches from this routine.Yes it is possible,but you must to be consistent.Like i say to you,relax before streching(joging is also good for relax your muscle)than do a good warm-up 10-15 just on your penis(it is very unhealthy to do warm-up on your balls).Take it easy.There is not rush in to Pe.At first do just 2 series of DLD newbie.If you are begginer(the first time into Pe)i think that you should do this kind of routine:

Warm-up
30 sek right strech(just light strech,not HARD)
30 sek left
30 up
30 sek down(very lightly)
Warm-down in your shower.Do this for a month.After 2 weeks make the strech more stronger,but just little more stronger

After this you can do the DLD'newbie routine.Start with 1 seria(for 3 days)then do 2 series 2 weeks with good STRONG streches(not hard as you can,FEEL man FEEL the streching)and than you can make all 3 series.All good.
 
Your grip is more than likely responsible for the blister. It i important that we do not grip with a fold of skin being pinched or it will result in a blister or the like. Try different grips or even a wrap to grip against.
 
ok ill give the wrap a try or trying gripping my penis differently or in a higher spot. Hey DLD when I have been doing your manual stretching from phase one I haven't noticed any dull feeling in my pubic bone area or when people have suggested that you "feel" a tug there for some reason I haven't I know that I have been pulling on my penis hard enough and I can visibly see myself stretching but I dont' experience any fatigue in that area does this mean I am not doing the exercises properly or could it just be that my ligaments are used to this already or something? I am not quite sure. Oh btw thank you for answering my first question I appreciate it : ).

Fatigue is not a prerequisite of gaining length. I only felt this soreness in my early Penis Enlargement but I went on to gain another 3" without ant soreness at all.
