First of all, here is my routine which I'm doing daily. I don't do any manual exercises, I don't warm up or warm down before a session or after a session. And before wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I don't do any manual stretches at all, I just shuttle from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace bandage[/words] and back to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] again until my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session is completed. I start my day with a shower followed by 30mins bundled stretches with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] and I also end my PE sessions with another 30mins bundled stretches with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] when I'm done with my 4 hours [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session.
My question is, since I'm not doing any manual exercises before waering the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] or warming up and warming down, will those affect my gains? Will they make gains slow down? I don't think so but I'm just asking you guys to know what you think about this.
