I broke seven inches.

I have met my first goal of seven inches non-bone-pressed.

I started at 6.25 three weeks ago.

My routine is pretty hardcore, but it's working, so no complaints here....

Hoping to hit that magic 8 inches non-bone-pressed within the next month.

starting: 6.25 x 5.5 nbp

now: 7 x 5.75 nbp (~7.6 bone-pressed)

7000 mg l-arginine a day.
1500 mg l-ornithine a day.

10 minutes of stretching as hard as I can.
(30 seconds down, right, left, up, and straight out followed by 30 second heli each hand, repeat three times)

30 minutes of 2 second wet jelqs (between 8-900)

5 minutes of warm-down stretching. (one 15 second rep, one 30 second rep.)

do this every other day...

and also about 500 kegels a day, with holds etc.

I may throw in holds or ulis or some spontaneous advanced exercises when jelqing gets boring.

Fast progress! That just goes to show what can happen with consistancy. I haven't been consistant, and I'm rethinking my approach to pe now to be consistant. It seems when there are gains like this a large part of it is consistancy.

Yeah man, DLD's posts helped me a lot with getting the right feel for intensity, and I know it works because of him. Posts like this really prove that consistancy is just as important as intensity. DLD is living proof that consistancy, intensity, and belief all together equally bring great gains.

Hey Proto, I'm as happy as anyone about your .75" EL gain in 3 weeks. That's a sick gain. Too sick. But don't get too excited about nailing 8" NBPenis EnlargementL too soon. A 1.75" gain takes a LONG time man. I think if everyone could gain 2" in a few months that everyone would have huge dongs. I don't mean to be a hater. Crazier things than .75" in three weeks have happened I suppose.

Most people see Penis Enlargement as a long-term struggle. I'm giving myself years to get where I need to be, and doubt I'll ever stop, at least keep an upkeep routine.
