My bmi is average but i still have a fat pad of 1 inch, I dont want to become underweight, by losing weight everywhere or something i just want to lose fat in that area. Can you guys give me a specific exercise that targets that area only?

No you can't do an exercise to spot reduce fat there. You can have lipo on it or spot inject Helios. But you probably won't want to do either of those things 😉

unfortunately you can't target train for fat loss. you can eat better and exercise, but that will be one of the last places you'll lose fat. guys that don't have a fat pad are generally in great physical shape and extremely fit and have an impeccable diet. i'm just over 10% body fat now, and still have an inch of fat pad...

So youre saying you can lose all the fat pad. As in youre bpel and nbpel will be the same?

some people have very little fat pad...zero percent body fat doesn't happen and people actually can't live without some body fat.

You can get as low as about 3%. I've gotten to 4.5% before. Probably would have to be sub 8% to have very little fat pad

I have an athletic broad frame...even at 10% body fat I have about an inch of fat pad and am still considered to be overweight according to the bmi scale. Even after losing 30 pounds, the fat pad has only changed by about 3/4 an inch or so.

The fat pad is a protective part of the male anatomy. An inch is pretty respectable amount too. I would say get your diet right. You can loose more fat from getting your BMR down, cutting 500 kcals from your diet each day and then working your cardio up to burn an additional 400-500 kcals a day. This should yield a total fat loss of 1 lb a week. Do this for 8-10 weeks to see how your body responds. Plus, remember that fat loss doesn't happen from one area, as others have stated. And you may be unlucky to have your fat pad being the last place to give up the fat from of which you burn. In my opinion, and speaking from someone that has a relatively large fat pad, it is more prudent to gain from PE than it is from fat loss, since your gains will be there regardless of any weight loss. This is especially true, since you can loose 8-10 lbs in a couple of months and yeild fat pad "loss" gains, and lose it all in a couple off weeks vs gain a 1/4 inch in the same time it takes you to lose the weight, but keep it as long as you keep up your PE.

If you lost that much weight then you might have an excess skin problem that is causing the extra depth in your fat pad

no excess skin from what I can tell. Half of my weight loss came in the first month, and the rest has come off in the last 2 1/2 months. Have always kinda had a fatty fat pad...although it has improved. I switched out my workout as well...went from 3/4 cardio, 1/4 weights, to 3/4 weights, 1/4 cardio. The emphasis on weights is high reps and more sets....resting only about 30 secs between sets. Just something about weights that gets the juices flowing...

Yes, spot training is difficult to make happen in the sense of weight loss, an overall loss is necessary to lose weight from the fat pad.

I used to think that having a fat pad will stop me from gaining length. It's not true? I'm fighting to get rid of my fat pad because I feel it will not allow my penis to grow.

I have about a .25" fat pad, definitely under .5", my body fat is very low, I eat right and I exercise. However, of all the things that matter to fat loss, diet matters most (especially for guys to lose stomach fat).

My question is, will the fat pad stop me from growing length or girth?

It is hiding part of the size of your penis, but it will not prevent you from growing it. If you were to lose some of the fat pad, you would gain NBPEL. It is smart to lose fat WHILE doing PE and to maximize your gains, in fact DLD talks about that heavily in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] write-up.
