How quickly have you guys gained girth and what routine/exercises did you use?

I am pretty much solely concentrationg on length at the moment. Ive gone from 5.5 NBPenis EnlargementL to 6" NBPenis EnlargementL in 2 months and my goal is to get to 7" NBPenis EnlargementL.

I am 4.75" mid-shaft girth at present but not really doing any girth work. My plan is to concentrate on girth once I hit my length goal however if you guys have any routines that are quickly and maybe the girth work only done 2-3 days per week I could probably fit this into my current routine.

I would like to get my girth to at least 5.5 so thats an increase of 0.75". How long do you think this would take with a good girth routine?
 
Slow Squash Jelqs are still my favorite girth exercise. I find it difficult to create a better exercise as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] are so powerful.
 
Ok just had a look at the video on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. How do you reccommend I incorporate these into my routine. Each jelq is 30 secs so I was thinking one session would be 20 jelqs? Will I get results by doing 20 reps of this 2x per week or should I be doing it 3-4 times per week?

If a 30 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] can be a minute then go for a minute. If you can only hold for 30 seconds then go for that.
 
Ok thanks DLD. Would be doing say 2 30 min sessions of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s per week give me decent girth gains or would a higher intensity be required?

What exercises have you other guys used and what results have you got?
 
230 minutes or 2x 30 minutes?

I would say do it every day for 20 mins (if you arent clamping, if you are claming do it every 2nd day).

I know there is probably a thread explaining clamping but can you tell me what it is?

Am I right in thinking you need to get an erection then place a cock ring on to push even more blood into the penis then leave it on for say 30 mins?
 
Come on all you girth gainers out there, I need some feedback/advice from other memebers that have made good girth gains. I will try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s as DLD suggested but am very interested to hear from other members that have gained girth.

Try them and I am sure you will want to stick with them.
