I have been finding myself stretching my dick when I piss ( a few seconds) I stretch while shitting ( 5 minutes) and stretch before pumping and again after sex. Is there such thing as too much? Will this hinder me or is this what I should be doing?
 
NO! When it comes to length- nothing is too much! Even 24/7 :). That is what you want- to exhaust your ligs and tunica and ride the wave of exhaustion. That way you will max gains :)
 
Bodybuilders lift weights to the point where they cant lift their arms. But they also take daily Mass Blood Flow supplements (NOS,Largine,etc) that helps them recover quickly from a exhausting workout. Actually I'm a bodybuilder. ..actually get on stage and compete. Most bodybuilders don't waste their time with many legal supplements. I personally use hgh. Test. Tren and EQ....OBVIOUSLY protein and aminos and vitamins but that's about it.
 
Since you are a bodybuilder (who does shows on stage) then you should know that exhausting your penis will help it grow. So use your HGH (whatever that is) and start working out the penis the same way you workout your body. Good Luck.
 
I wish I had the same drive for pe as I do bodybuilding. Would have a 10 ft pipe by now lol. I'm really working on it. I made my dick bleed yesterday so I know the intensity is there. Have to back off a bit. It's ALL about consistency I believe

Stretch 24/7 if you want. The more stretching the faster the length gains. There is no limit on stretching as there is nothing to harm in the stretching.
 
I concur with DLD; every waking opportunity, the more plasticity created, the more PE gains created.

This is why I made such fast gains when I first started, once I invented DLD Blasters I was doing them all day at avery chance I could get and the length just kept coming. I also have to give a shout out about basic stretching, still valid after 11 years and still very thorough and powerful.

You need a solid routine for length. Buy the length master. It will bring all the length gains you need as long as you are consistent.
