I'm actually looking at picking up an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and wanting to see how much weight, they actually put out maxxed? Like 10,20lbs etc..??
 
I'm actually hanging with a bib for now, and looking for something else. I don't want to waste money if the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will do me no good, since i'm hanging, and if an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] wont give me enuff resistance

Lots of evidence suggests a prolonged light stretch is better than a short heavy stretch. Then again everybody's different, the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] should be a good addition to your hanger.
 
That's why I use the static heavy duty. It can be used like a light one (600g to 1200g) if you want, but it can also pull 11 pounds. I usually use about 5 to 6 pounds for a couple/three hours and I'm sore as hell in the ligs when done. I also hang with the Bib once prior to putting it on. My Bib weight varies, but hasn't exceeded 22 pounds. I also use static heavy whenever I can't hang such as when I'm traveling.

Yes they work and, in my opinion, you should wear it throughout the entire day (with reset breaks every couple of hours)

I agree with this. That's why I ended up getting the static stretcher package. I can't personally take anywhere near 10 pounds for long because of the force against the pubic bone after a while, but 6 pounds works for me. When you can put 6 or so pounds on you for a non-stop 3 hours believe me it's effective!
 
I ordered some 3.75 pound springs from a website online (mcmaster-carr.com) so I can get a little extra tension on my static stretcher heavy duty. That is 7.5+ pounds when you consider both springs (plus some extra tension from the rods itself when no springs are present), and I wear it for about 2-3 hours daily. I follow this by the medium-duty for a couple hours afterward. The medium duty seems like it pulls around 1-2 pounds, which is enough to keep the penis in an extended state, at or above BPenis EnlargementL.

It seems like I have gained this past month. I plan on posting update photos this week.

I hear alot of you guys talk about these [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words].. but are they really necessary? I mean, do you really have to use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or hanger for so many hours a day, just to see some minor results?

Or is it enough to just have some intense manual exercising?
 
Personally, I've always felt manual exercises and heavy hanging to be superior. A high intensity stretch done for the right amount of timeis going to force more tissue flexibility than a light stretch. Then again, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use is quite simple, comfortable, and a "no brainer". Each methods has its pros and cons.

This is true and having the many forms of Penis Enlargement allow almost anyone to take part. If you can't stretch, you can extend. If you don't like stretching you can hang. There are so many options now that anyone can become involved. I agree that there is nothing like manual work but having the other options is great.

Has anyone got a tip to stay fully flaccid I seem to get semi-erect when doing my stretches so sometimes it is harder to pull when semi-erect and what semi-erect exercises are there?

You start off getting used to it:

1) Your skin needs to adjust but it does that pretty quickly.
2) You need to get used to putting it on/taking it off.
3) You need to figure out when and how long you can use it.

After that you'll stretch it to its max with a light weight value and as you become accustomed to this you'll go up in weight.
 
So at the moment it is stretching at 7.1 which is my BPenis EnlargementL so in a few days should I make it stretch about 7.4?

And do them weight have different weights or are they just bigger to stretch longer?

The only difference is how much additional force is placed on that stretch. In other words 4 pounds will take you to max stretch and so will 5, 7 or 10. The difference is the amount of additional coersion induced by the greater weight. I like the heavy duty static because it uses a compression fit and a vacuum seal. Seems like a good way to do it. I did get a small blister from it once but I soon gained respect for preparing the glans like their video says. Their medium has an interesting method but I'm guessing you can't pull much more than 2 or 3 pounds with it.

Guys like Fedora have some excellent solutions for fixing up the noose and [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]peni master[/words] type [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. He's documented his fixes in a thread of "his journey".

O so them metal things are they weights because I was putting them together and measuring them to the size of my BPFSL?
Can some give me a in depth of this if possible thanks for your time everyone.
 
I think he's talking about the rods that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] use. They would not be weight per se, but they add tension the more you add up.

With the extra rods you can get quite a bit of tension.
