Like the title says, I am trying to point it down to how much someone can gain from just straight Lig stretching. I know everyone is different some can gain a lot and others a little. But just trying to find out and put a number of inches that can be gained from lig stretching. Thanks y'all.

If you mean through downward stretching I would say most men make most of their length gains through ligamental stretching. Upward stretching if far more difficult than lower angles. Also, I do not think there is any limit on ligamental gains, regardless of erection angle, tug back, or LOT because using Behind the Cheeks Stretching is able to hit an angle much further than anything your ligaments will ever gain. A typical man would need to gain close to 6"-7" before he would even come close to exhausting ligament gains.

Thats my mentality as well.

I'm looking at this in 3 month stages and want to exhaust my manual exercises first.

Looks like I'm gonna be BTC hanging for a WHILE.

PS: On the topic of this thread, I've gained 0.8 inches in 100 days from lig hanging.

I've been on the forums on and off for yonks but never kept to Penis Enlargement for more than 3 weeks so i'm probably the most knowledgeable guy here who's never actually gained anything (a little temporary 0.5 inch yonks ago from jelqing). Yes sir, you can trace this interior penis all the way back to your anus. Behind the Cheeks stretches at such an extreme angle that ligament length will have little choice but to lengthen more.
 
i do mother of all ligs and maybe i dont have strength enuf to pull it hard ... or maybe im not hitting it

DLD, people referenced up above exhausting regular lig stretches before starting hanging, do you think one should wait to do hanging till later or complement regular stretching with hanging. I am considering adding hanging to my routine if the benefits will stack and not hinder or replace.

There is no specific answer to this question. But nowadays, you can gain 2.5 inches if you put in the work to make it happen. You will need devices like the length master and SiliStretcher to make those gains.
