Well, there are enough men on the planet 'coming of age' daily that I'm not for example, worried about running out of customers. Not to mention the who knows how many 10s of thousands of men who spent more, or less $$ on other things that haven't worked yet.

I was at my friends house 4-6 months ago to game some gears of war( video game) when he told me to look in his closet for older games that he put away for a long time. Very true about lurkers and never knowing. Men, no matter where in the world we are speaking of, just do not talk about their penises. Most of the time anyway. Women are the complete opposite. They go pee together, they change clothes together, they admire each other's bodies, they talk about their periods and yeast infections, etc. Men, unless it's a tongue in cheek comment, or a joke about penis size, usually do not discuss such "taboo" subjects. There are men literally everywhere though who do PE. But, trying to get a rough estimate of a number? Good luck.

I think the problem is most males want to have a leg up in the game. If having a bigger penis then the next guy can give you that advantage why would they want to share the information? It's great there is a community here that assists each other and all work towards a common goal; but could this community be anywhere but online? Honestly, I couldn't imagine talking to my friends about it.. just isn't something socially acceptable...yet.

The world will never really know how many men do PE, for most it is a private thing. I can say for sure that at least 1 million+ men think about doing it because this is how much traffic we get each month of unique visitors.PE got quiet popular on bodybuilding boards.

After newbie gains PE is more or less a full time dedication investement.
I would say really active PE, in the sense as a lifestyle, are not much more then 25 000.

WTF maybe im exaggerating here but i would say that only a minority is into this PE stuff i started years ago n i have been trying to keep things steady n is not an easy thing at all specially when we have to invest time,dedication,discipline etc the more i observe people the more i realize that most men got no idea about what PE is. Maybe certain groups of people know about PE but they dont have that much info,i think jelquins are the ones that guys know about thats about it..
