how long should you be sore???

These past two weeks I have been warming up and stretching with more intensity and I am sore for about a day later... for those people who have be doing pe for a while how long are you usually sore for after a good pe session? and if your sore should you still do your stretching the next days? Thank you
 
Well, that's very subjective. I get sore for just the day at maximum, but the subjective part goes at the 'soreness' level considered by each one.

I rarely get sore, sore... what I do feel is some sort of soreness during the exercise, in which I try to stablish the most tension possible during the stretch.

Sometimes I feel twinges in the right side at the base of my penis but that a particularity of mine, I guess my right side ligs are sensitivier than my left side's.
 
ok that is good to know mine is more sensitive on the leftward stretch pull lol i was also curious bout stretchin if you were still sore though because in weight lifting and bodybuilding you dont want to over train meaning like you dont want to work chest out monday then chest out agian tuesday?
 
Ya one day or two is normal for me. Mostly from downward and behind the cheek stretches. If the soreness is effecting your EQ then maybe your over doing it, but if not just keep an eye on it. I've been so sore before, to the point were I couldn't stay in the zone. So then I loose days due to rest.
 
i find that to be sore while your doin the exercise is fine ,stretch to your max but i do it slowly till my ligs are use to the pull.
what i try to stay away from is pain when not exercising.
but anyways ,everytime and i mean everytime i stretch im sore as hell especially downward center , and i seem to be doing fine . and i go to the max stretch everytime! so i think youll be alright.

Keep in mind that P.E. and bodybuilding have almost nothing in common whatsoever.

tis very true your right... well i get very sore with the downward and straight forward and i feel like i am starting to gain well now and am doing this 6 days on one day off.
