I am curious about this. I used to play around probably too often with different routines for length when I first started Penis Enlargementing. I probably still do, but I think it'd be interesting to see just how long we stick with something for whatever reasons.

I do TRY to see some kind of gain before switching things up completely as far which exercises I include, but I usually get impatient.

I think usually takes a month to tell for sure if an exercise\routine is effective. Alot of guys measure once a month anyway. Seems to work well.
 
I've had the same length routine for about 6 months, basically it's 20 minutes of A-stretches followed by SD hanging for how ever many sets I can do, maybe 5-6. I've been getting gains from this consistently so I don't see myself changing this any time soon.
 
This is a perplexing question and a solid answer is just as difficult. I like to do FSBP measurements to check the effectiveness of my current routine and if I see no gains in the first month I will revamp what I am doing. This does not always mean changing everything about the routine, sometimes it is an adjustment in the intensity, sometimes it is the addition of a superset exercise. I like to give any routine I am doing a fair shake before I trash it. Most stretching routines, if done correctly, will yield gains so checking the intensity of what I am doing is usually the first step when I am not gaining. I also think that there is a plateau level that will happen with any routine where my penis becomes used to the exercise and the gains start to slow or stop, so the FSBP measurements periodically really help. When I look at my entire time doing Penis Enlargement I rarely changed my routines (I could probably count the changes on my 10 fingers) but there has been many changes in intensity.
 
Ive seen good length gains from very basic stretches. In my time doing legnth and gaining I used the same basic stretches all the time.

I love BASIC STRETCHING too, it is really the perfect manual length routine. I think that when someone gets confused or plateaued with their length gains they should go back to basics. There are many excellent length exercises out there but a great place to start or in some cases restart is with BASIC STRETCHING.
 
Yeah, I'd have to agree. I've added other stretches where I use my leg and elbow for leverage and it seems to be working. I'm not sure though. I don't even want to measure anymore lol.
