You use the palm of your hand and push your glans into the shaft, as if you're trying to squash it shorter. The amount of force is up to you, I usually use enough to feel a burn in the tunica. No problem, I'll do maybe ten 30sec squashes over the course of a 15 minute clamp set. It's tempting to just keep doing them the whole time, but since it is a powerful exercise I think I'd just be asking for major discolouration.brianrex said:Thanks, Q.
