Hi I was doing basic stretching and I felt a bad pull I heard a sound like a click sound why did it do that and how can I avoid doing it again will it do any problem to me, also ive heard people saying Ligs what is that thanks for your help people.

You had a lig pop which is nothing to be concerned about. I actually try to get at least one everytime I workout. At first they are very scary though but don't worry it's fine. As long as there isn't any bad sharp pain.
 
Ligs don't pop. Cartilage surrounding your penis in the pubic symphysis pop. This coincides with some release of the anchoring systems, you may even see a slight gain.

The same thing has happen to me a couple of times. It only happens when I do the behind the ass stretch and it scared the shit out of me, to me it wasn't like a pop, it was more like a vien moving out of place or something like that, probably the same thing...

It's always been called a lig pop. Which it very well might not be, but is the standard saying in Penis Enlargement.


nothing to worry about bro unless you feel pain, or lose erection quality.
 
nice one guys I shit myself I stopped doing it for a night to make sure everthing was ok what are ligs coz I seen a post by someone saying longer ligs have better gains.

"ligs" is short for ligaments which are what holds your penis in place. The more you stretch the ligaments by pulling on your penis, the looser and longer they get which allows more of your penis to come out from inside of your body. They are kind of like thick ropes that anchor your penis in place. The first and easiest gains come from stretching the ligs so stretch 'em good and in every direction. BTC is a great stretch to do throughout the day.
