Is it ok to jack of rest days and will it effect gains and is 20 mins enough to jelq i use penilizer same as jelq device just without rollers is it good enough using it straight down or should I turn it sideways to and me and my woman get busy once a day or every other day will that effect gains

20 minutes of Jelqing is a good amount of time. I think you would make gains much faster using your hands as either way you turn the device you are either loosing blood from the top or sides. i mean if it's done with focus and intensity u can still get some gains from it. if u just do it quick and sloppy to get it done with probably won't be gains. but if u work on perfecting the technique, get intuitive with it, and use some arm strength and get good at increasing and holding an expansion then it's a different story

but if u add more exercises or follow some program u would target more areas and dimensional planes for growth in more than one area

just jelqing can bring some gains but it will create a certain look which will be some length and probably some upper shaft and glans expansion

that could be enough, it all depends on your goals and what u want or can do

it might be good to just start with jelq, perfect it, and then in due time add another exercise to the mix

for instance whether i'm doing PE or working out at the gym i like to incorporate a new exercise every few weeks at least whether it's just 1 exercise or a few

I got some wrinkles underneath below the dots Is that normal I not got busy with a woman for some months

Wrinkles under what dots? Is there a picture that I’m not seeing? If so please post it again because I’m not seeing it.
 
I got like wrinkles like on the underside if I turn it to see below the normal dots

This is normal as you’re stretching your skin to make way for greater tissue growth. Eventually this area will be filled up and there will be no wrinkles. But keep in mind when you’re flaccid everybody has wrinkles.

There’s a lot of stuff we don’t notice about our penis because we really never looked at it in the same perspective we do now understanding PE. So you will notice many things that you might have not noticed before. But as I said follow the protocol and everything will work out just fine. As my brother said above “it’s just fine”
 
I do got good news I still been doing 30 mins a week but I can do 15 mins at a time. now im still on the first level of my electric pump the guy told me to leave it there

It’s always better to be safe than sorry. A simple injury caused by overzealous training can put you out of the game for a very long time. Always practice safety and if you don’t understand something about a tool or an exercise ask?

What’s up money the man? How long have you been pumping? Depending on how long I’d keep the time the same so 15 mins but instead of 2 days a week maybe up that a couple more try 4 days and see if you notice any difference

The best possible way to pump is using the 5×5×3 method in SRT but if you don’t want to do any manual work you could pump for longer periods. I would be careful keep your eye on things to make sure nothing negative is happening.

I also think you found a perfect home the brotherhood! I have never made MOS anything less the family. A brotherhood where brothers are helping brothers to achieve some pretty incredible things. We get intimate with each other here and I think in a brotherly setting this trust truly benefits us.
 
how should i do my days now i been doing mon-weds sense ill be upping the amount of time i do it should i skip days and do it mon weds thur or how should i split it

i have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
so I tried the 2nd level of my pump it's only 4 numbers higher then the first level I tried it yesterday to see if I could handle it and it's a not much difference but I can feel it is more pressure would that bring any changes even tho the difference is so small

It’s hard to tell without using the pump myself. But if you’re feeling more intensity should be working. How many settings do you have?
 
I got 4 the 1st level i been using i feel after using it im not getting a good workout it feels so light cause I been used to it I told the guy I been used to it he said to up the time

I wanna do 20 mins for 4 days a week maybe that will feel like more of a workout but I dont know if it's safe

Id recommend if still fairly new to this that you wouldn't do 1 x 20.

5x5x3 is a good one but guess not much progress on the 10 you do now unless you can do the 5x5x3 twice a day?
 
oh Usually I do it in mornin not long after I get up so maybe like a hour later would that be safe

I had told Dld I tried the 2nd level on my pump its electric the 2nd is only 4 numbers up but I could feel a lil more pressure

I wanted to know if u could tell me even tho it's so small could that give me results sense I do feel some pressure change

I was planning on using that level all the time starting in 2 days
 
Yea it's hard knowing what's safe for each brother and when to move up, if you feel ready then by all means move up, try once and see for yourself and feed back findings, key is to take it steady, you want to feel a little pressure when pumping, does it tell you what pressure your pumping?
 
yea the 2nd level I converted kpa cause it reads that way It added up to 3.5 pounds when I looked it up and I got 2 more levels after that

i get hard mutiple times in the day
when i cum my dick takes longer to get soft

when im jacking off its like i dont have to keep stroking it continuously to stay hard before i got my pump i would always have to keep stroking it or i would go soft quickly

when i do get hard without even jacking off its like it stays that way for awile
when i cum its stronger

I got these results 2 months ago after a week of using my pump for only a week

when I do my gf I can use a thin condom and last for 30 mins with no problem and I feel like I can go longer
