Hey. I am hanging using the bib and will actually use kingsnakes pretty soon (waiting for materials). But I have a question. Do you kegel and/or reverse kegel when hanging? If so does it help? Ive heard that it counter productive as it makes the ligs stronger.

I have another question. I one time measured myself while hanging and reached up to 8.5. I had always been around 8.0 to barely 8.2ish for a while. So I was hyped. However it seems like I'm back to the 8.2 range. Do you know what may have been the issue. My previous routine entailed me hanging for 15 minutes then warming up again jelqing with kegels then actually ullis then rehang and do the routine again (this is after the initial warm up and stretch prep). However I stopped doing the ulli and jelqing after hanging when I heard someone say don't do girth exercises when hanging. Can you guys give me your thoughts? Thanks bros
 
Kegeling while hanging will pull the penis inwards slightly and resist the stretch. This is why DLD suggests exhausting your PC muscle in some way before length work. If you can reverse kegel effectively though, it really doesn't matter how strong your PC muscle is as you are disengaging it. A stronger PC muscle will help when it comes to filling your new size so you might not want to neglect kegeling entirely, just don't regular kegel during hanging if you're going for length.

Your results was temporary.

They can easily be archived again after a good warmup and some good work aswell.

You get to see this phenomenon more and more as you advance into PE. I have seen it a couple of times aswell. But when the tissue has been stretched once. Obviously it can do it again.

Its like weight lifting. One day bam! You reach 200 pound and you where stuck at 185 for some time. And then slowly 200 becomes your new 185.

I am now experiencing some muscle memory on the diet and HIIT workout. Muscles I have not seen in awhile quickly reappeared as I got about 1 week in. Now at almost 3 weeks they are coming back more and more.
 
Hehe muscle memory. A guy in his 50s i know used to be a strong man. Flipping cars and shit. Didnt workout for many years then started again. I swear to you he became fucking bigger than all the roid kids in the center.

I was a kid when he was huge in his prime. People tell me that he had to walk through doors sideways.

But it just proffs the point. The body doesn't forget what it can do easily
