Hey guys. I'm living alone for at least one year and would like to take advantage of that and start some Penis Enlargement.
I am a little over 5.5 NBPenis EnlargementL and about 6.25 BPenis EnlargementL (I am loosing weight right now, I have a decent "fat pad")
So, If I am going to spend an hour a day doing this stuff, I want to make sure I am maximizing my efforts. I am eating super healthy and running and working out hard everyday. I figured while I'm in the process of bettering my health I might as well work on my dick some too.
So I plan on doing a good warm up, 150 jelqs and 90 Vjelqs, and then a good warm down. I've been doing slow jelqs, and this routine takes me about an hour.
I can't see spending much more than an hour a day doing this....So is there anything I should change or should I start using some equipment to really maximize my efforts?
