Sup guys I am having a little bit of trouble with this Penis Enlargement'ing and I wish I would have better understood it a lil better before I just jumped into it being over zealous about the whole penis enlargement idea. I guess we live and we learn tho (this probably isnt the best way to think about something when it comes to the penis because you only have 1 and you dont want to not be able to ever use it again, but you guys get what Im saying though) anyways, I started out with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but I would catch erections too easily. I mean the simplest things could make me catch and erection (merely being around some girl that I liked, or my imagination, simply laying with a female even if we have no intention on having sex) I even felt weird at times because I could catch them tooooo easy or for no sexual reason. Anyways the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] did somethin that took these type of erections away from me. it became hard for me to even catch erections. but then after sometime I could catch erections but I would have to play with my member for a little while and then and then when I did catch a stiffy, it wasnt as firm as it used to be. However compared to some people on this forum I believe that maybe I still have the ability to catch an erection more easier than them so Im not as worried and scared about my erection as I was when it first happened. Also, positive side of it is that I gained 0.25-3 inches :) . So although thats not a lot, it is a gain so thats the good part of it. Now, Ive decided that my new first priority is to get my erections back up to par or at least make an attempt. I want tot take a break from this Penis Enlargement'ing just in case I somehow injured my penis and need to givep it time to rest. Also, Im hoping to come back with a healthy penis and hopefully get some quick "newbie gains" since my penis will be rested and unconditioned. So with this break, Im hoping that my penis heals if it had been injured and that when I start back up it will be healthy and ready to make gains the gains that I hear everyone talking about. I want to take part in that stuff too.!!!. so I can talk about my gains also lol. not just for me but to encourage others though because I know this stuff works. Now heres the problem, if I work my erections back up to where they were, I will not be able to do the manual exercises, because its too hard for me to stay flaccid and stretch. So I will be doing that these strecthes along with regular pumping hoping to gain length and width. and hopefully I can jelq while being 100% erect so I can do girth blasters for girth. My questions though are, 1) how long should my break be for this healing process/resting process so that I can let my penis heal and then come back and reap the newbie gain benefits? 2) during the resting time is it alright to do kegels or is that considered/too closely related to exercising the penis? 3) what are some ways that I can help promote the healing? 4) if I have the funds should I take pills that will help promote blood to my penis such as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]male extra[/words] or vimax pills? or should I just wait until I start my exercising back up to take these pills. hope my plan works and I know you guys swear by manual work but I dont think my penis will allow me to do manual work because if I get my erections back I will not be able to do all of that flaccid strecthing. Wddup my man?! I'm definitely no guru or Penis Enlargement pro but my advice would be to start up again when you feel comfortable, don't rush anything when it comes to your dick. You should ALWAYS be doing kegels regardless to whether your exercising or resting. I don't mess with the pills, so I'm of no help there. Also, if your just starting out don't jelq with a full erection as it could definitely hurt you. You have to condition yourself for that type of stress first. I hope this helps a bit.
