Set the sites high and keep the goals smal;l, progressive and manageable. Always keep that main goal prominent in your motivation but appreciate the smaller gains as they occur.
dld great website hopefully i can gain some length and girth i am setting the sights high but a small goal is getting to 7 bpel i dont know if thats big or average but i will be alot happier also need to lose fatpad
