I hava starded for some time doing those exercices,but now i had made an own way of doyng them.
Can you tell me if this way is correct....
Dry Exercices
1.DLD A=Strech 10-12 series of 15-25-30 seconds each i dont have that good grip but it works perfectly.
2.Erect streches 5-6 series of 25 -50 seconds each hand.
3.DLD Bundled Blasters 5-6 series 25-50 seconds .
4.Under Leg Strech 4 series of 30-60 seconds.
5.Compression Squezes 4 series of 15 to 16 seconds in a constant pressure.
Wet Exercices
1.Normal Jelq 100 jelqs per hand equals 200.
2.DLD Bends 200 moves
3.C Jelqs 100 moves
4.A special move made by me for blood,skin restoration and gain movement 100 moves.
5.Bend Corection differs on what do you want to feel in my case 200 moves.
6.Head Expansion 100 moves.
7.Combine DLD with Normal Jelquing differs on what i feel.
8.Special move with kegel finish.
Rezults are better than the conventional series,tell me an opinion..
