I hava starded for some time doing those exercices,but now i had made an own way of doyng them.

Can you tell me if this way is correct....

Dry Exercices

1.DLD A=Strech 10-12 series of 15-25-30 seconds each i dont have that good grip but it works perfectly.
2.Erect streches 5-6 series of 25 -50 seconds each hand.
3.DLD Bundled Blasters 5-6 series 25-50 seconds .
4.Under Leg Strech 4 series of 30-60 seconds.
5.Compression Squezes 4 series of 15 to 16 seconds in a constant pressure.

Wet Exercices

1.Normal Jelq 100 jelqs per hand equals 200.
2.DLD Bends 200 moves
3.C Jelqs 100 moves
4.A special move made by me for blood,skin restoration and gain movement 100 moves.
5.Bend Corection differs on what do you want to feel in my case 200 moves.
6.Head Expansion 100 moves.
7.Combine DLD with Normal Jelquing differs on what i feel.
8.Special move with kegel finish.

Rezults are better than the conventional series,tell me an opinion..

If it works for you it works. Everyone is different. Do it until it stops working and then modify it.

Arnold's intense bodybuilding style worked for him, but it sure as shit won't work for the vast majority of the populace.
 
I almost forgot ...in dry exercices includes DLD Angle Streches i fell the very good ...

And yes i mix them up every week or mouth it depends on the progression.

The important thing is the techniques and then how you aplly them to your body.....

But the penis is a tissue not a musscle you dont need a special thing the only thing it is like a musche is the Kegels exercices...but in normal exercices you need to be spontaneus and to do them every day....because you are expanding a tissue NOT growing a muschle.

What? The penis is about 50% muscle.
 
Yes in some way...that muscle for example can't be worked with an izometrical system,like the conventional muscles .
Like i said it's how do i spellit in english conjuntive tissue,elastic tissue,lax tissue something like that only by pulling you will gain size.
For example youre a well builted man with great muscles,and you will quit the gym.Why after a bit of time you will have tons of extra skin on you like Arnold.
The same thing like quiting a gym you must do on a penis,with out the extra skin of course;)
The advantage of the penis is that its anatomy is made flexible and has stunishy regeneration properties.To put the conclusion any exercise you use automatically expands your penis ;)

Thruth be told you need a strong grip indeed to obtain correct streches ..but leght jelquing and other tigh like that with lubrifiants...its not that easy true but men have the advantage why not use it?

The thing is, it is easy for those who believe it works. For those who do not, well they will struggle with Penis Enlargement.
 
oke i have 19 years and it works perfectly on me ...i don't give a .... because in a year no one will have the guts to stand in my way rofl
