Self explanatory, is it or is it not? I dont have access to a heating pad, i currently use a hot water dunk to warm my penis up before stretching, then dry it off. However, this makes it overly smooth and rough for me to grip. Same goes for a hot rag wrap, it makes the skin way to smooth for me to realy get a firm grip on to realy tug hard. Then later on, i decided to do another session, no warm up. Doing it this way i felt a way better stretch mainly because the skin wasnt overly smooth from the heat making the skin real smooth, and i was able to stretch 100% and i could realy feel it in my ligs. This session took my NBP flacid stretch to 7.6 inches, which is my best NBP stretch to date and im hoping to make it 8 soon. I felt the workout without the warm up was way better than the one with it. What do you guys think?
