Self explanatory, is it or is it not? I dont have access to a heating pad, i currently use a hot water dunk to warm my penis up before stretching, then dry it off. However, this makes it overly smooth and rough for me to grip. Same goes for a hot rag wrap, it makes the skin way to smooth for me to realy get a firm grip on to realy tug hard. Then later on, i decided to do another session, no warm up. Doing it this way i felt a way better stretch mainly because the skin wasnt overly smooth from the heat making the skin real smooth, and i was able to stretch 100% and i could realy feel it in my ligs. This session took my NBP flacid stretch to 7.6 inches, which is my best NBP stretch to date and im hoping to make it 8 soon. I felt the workout without the warm up was way better than the one with it. What do you guys think?
 
If I remember correct that somewhere in thread that "Warm-up is important part of exercise to help flow blood through in shaft. Also after you did warm-up, you should try add "baby powder" on your hands. It helps to make a lot better grip for stretching. I hope this helps to answer your questions.

Warming up is important for many reasons, the most important being it helps to avoid injuries and makes the tissues more pliable. I warm up with a rice sock (microwave for 2 min and it's ready)

I say warm up and use baby powder, a tissue or golf gloves to get a better grip.

I always did a hot rag warmup when jelqing. I still do. If I'm dry jelqing in bed, of course, "ain't gonna work." If I'm stretching only, no, I don't do a warm-up. I stretch, flaccid only, and the warm-up is to get as much blood into your penis as you can before you start jelqing.

I get much better results from the jelqing when I do a ten minute hot rag warm-up.
 
i would say that warm up is important and more effective vs not warming up

if you wait a little we are coming out with a device to maximize warm up potential and make the whole process a little more bearable and less messy.

so do what you can for now warm up is a good idea to maintain safety and to basically do it properly

Exactly, im not jelquing im only stretching trying to gain more length. I stretch flacid only aswell. Thanks man, ill keep doing the stretching without a warm up.
 
I'd be lying if I said I warm up every time I Penis Enlargement.

With jelqing, yes I do always warm up first and finish with heat, a warm-down. I have a bathtub ritual with an IR 250 W. But when it comes to manual stretching and hanging, if my body is warm and the air is very warm I'll skip the warm-up.
 
You should always warm up.

I never do but always have in the past when I was hanging. IMO,heating your cock up is not necessary before jelqing because adequate blood flow will be established within 2 minutes of a session throughout your cock.

Hanging and stretching should require heat before your session because you are trying to lengthen ligs. Also, the tissues will have limited blood flow when stretching.

I'm not doing the warm up because I stretch after I jelq/uli.
 
Hey guys thanks for all the replies, i got a heating pad now so warming up is very simple and easy now. I apply heat before and after my sessions now, seems to be doing nicely. Only problem is i gotta wait for the pad to warm up which takes a while, no biggie though cause its non messy.
 
For anyone else that will want an answer to this question or a similar question just take a gander in the Injuries sections of the forum to understand what the precautions are all about. Why take a shortcut when it comes to the health of your penis?
