Today, I encountered a problem while I was jelqing. After 30-40 minutes of basic stretching, I went on to do my 600 jelqs but after five minutes into the movement, I lost erection very, very fast. I continued jelqing for a little longer after that but I couldn't get it up!
I thought my penis is tired and I stopped the session before I have completed the remaining 300-400 jelqs or so.
What is the problem? Is it because I am using a very hard grip (I am squeezing as hard as possible because of the slippery effect of vaseline)? Is it because I have been doing stretches for so long and the penis is fatigued?
I noticed that this lost of erection came after I switched to DLD's newbie program. Prior to that I only did 3 sets of 4 stretches in all directions and I was jelqing a few hours after the stretching (a.k.a. I did the exercises separately). Absolutely no problem with the erections during the jelqing - moreover, the penis filled up really nicely.
For the last couple of days I've been doing 3 sets of all the basic stretches (behind the cheeks, downs, centers and ups + the rotaries) and I also added the jelqing to the same session. Then, the erection failure started...
Is it all fatigue or something else is screwing me up?
