I was wondering if anyone has trained length or girth exclusively, meaning train length until gains are made then switch to girth? I was thinking that this may help with focus and gains in some way. What are your thoughts?

BIB advises that he trained length then girth with his hanging, when he achieved his desired length he then moved into girth work.

I found that when i focused solely on length my erections suffered.
 
I was training girth exclusively for a few years, but its so slow and difficult that I brought back length a couple months ago. Gained a half inch in length, its nice to see SOMETHING happening when you put in all this effort. I started training length again because I heard that static stretching promotes girth growth, butttttt I dont know about that. I wouldn't really do this unless I only had a small window of time alloted to Penis Enlargement....

I find girth complements length, as you have said. Plus, girth work seems to help my EQ.

nope. i wanted to go for length at one point but i basically did the same thing i do now. i think i just wanted a bigger cock in general lol
 
When I first started out I put more emphasis on length because that was the measurement I had heard everyone talk about. I never heard people ask, "how many inches in girth is ___."

I quickly found out more girth looks pretty cool and kinna completes the look..
 
I have focused solely on length and came to the conclusion that erection quality just went down hill. i prefer to do length in the mornings and girth at night.
 
I had better length gains for sure when I was training girth as well. Especially when I was not training girth too heavily actually... just enough to keep the EQ up and blood going.
 
Well. of course, im new, so I cant really say how much I will gain.

But, I focus on length only - but that doesn't mean I don't do girth exercises.
For as many of you have said, girth work compliments the length work.

But my focus is on the length until I reach about 8.5 Inches, then I will work my girth up from 6 inches to 6.5-7
 
I never tried it out, but on our german forum we have a guy who switched length and girth workout every month, and he had good gains...
 
I may explore this route when I start again. Never tried it before so there may be something in it for me.

It's the best method I believe, espwhen you are limited on time. It have been working for me.
