If you are referring to a woman the only fluid I have seen is clear, milky fluid. No smell, little taste. The only white, thick fluid I know of comes from a man. Others may have had different experience.

The trigger is a spongy area just beyond the cervix. When it is stimulated a woman can ejaculate. The thing is, most woman will not because they fear it to be urine.
