Hey all,
with the questions i have been asking, the general consensus is that hanging/downward stretching increases base girth.

Could explain to me the how and why of it? thanks!
 
Yes, any kind of heavy downward stretching or hanging will greatly increase base girth very quickly. Why, similar to when weight is put on a stock of corn, the area of greatest stress becomes thicker to sustain the weight. Unfortunately you will only gain base girth with downward hanging, to increase shaft size other exercises need to be included.

Actually i am thrilled to read that. In my mind i could only picture growing girth so close to the base, so the extreme base would get neglecting and proportions would look off. Having a sturdy base from which an impressive penis extends from is exactly my goal :)

I have been thinking on this topic for a while, and would hanging help straighten a curve? i will walk you through my thought process:

If the curve is caused because wall A is shorter than wall B, and hanging stretches them both the same distance, wall A wil have greater stress put on it to stretch as far as wall B.

Should the differences in work being done from the hanging help catch wall A catch up to wall B?
 
That seems like a plausible hypothesis. However it isn't necessarily that the 'wall' is the limiting factor. Tissues which fill with blood may be smaller on one side or fewer of them.

There are reports of straightening curves somewhat though.

i think hanging/stretching may help me out with the curve, because i still have the curve when i am totally flaccid.. This makes me think there are some length discrepancies in certain parts of my shaft
 
hello, i found this thread with google and registred to ask...

i too have a base girth that is smaller than mid shaft girth. i'm not sure if this is caused by jelqing or just aggravated by jelqing (as in it was like that already naturally)


i asked on another forum what to do


they said reverse jelqing


after a while of frustration i'm pretty sure this exercise doesn't do anything


some said just do jelqing put more pressure on the base than decrease pressure towards the shaft/head


that as well seems bogus....


this hanging thing maybe legitimate tho...

how do you do it exactly without mutilating your cock? i mean do you tie a rope around it? or a special device?

This forum has loads of info on hanging, there should be stickied threads to read. As for devices, you can buy a bib hanger, or make your own. Look in the stickied threads for one called the SNAKE HANGER, nice and cheap, works great.
 
do y'all hang the weight at the tip of the penis or at the base? i'm asking this cuz they say to increase base girth during stretching, 1 has to stretch at the base instead of the tip, so I wonder if the same thing applies to hanging.

It's exactly as when I stretch with LENGTHMASTER 3. My base is very thick (my entire penis) due to expressive bundled stretches (expressive stretches = attaching chamber at the base). Bundled stretches will be more powerful in achieving this.
But hanging will achieve this as well.

i see. length for me is easy with lengthmaster & sili stretcher. it's the girth & base girth. my worries is that before i can see satisfactory growth in base girth, length has grown beyond my liking from expressive stretching.

tried girth work & experimented with different angles in slow squash jelq after pumping. unfortunately they don't work the base for me. also tried removing the comfort pad for bathmate too.

hmm, i've not heard of v jelq & i'll look into it. i've been using bathmate for quite some time & noticed length gains directly below the gland. i've expanded intot he rubber creases & it did gave me the gator look after. unfortunately no it's not wide boy, it's the standard hydroxtreme 7.

i don't know what to think anymore. i've bought bathmate, mitivac, upgraded cylinder to the point my balls would get sucked in, & i'm still only seeing expansion of the top shaft. i've tried experimenting with different angles & spacing & it's all still the same results for me & i don't understand why.

I don't understand either. I used Bathmate for a short time before I joind MOS, and I got massive girth expansion, and minimal length gains. I maxed out Hydromax 5 in girth, and almost in length.

hi @squirt_inducer_man , not sure if you're the best person to reach out for this but wanted to report that when i type any key word like bundled stretches (wanna check what it is as i've forgot) in the search bar, there's no results.

Search engine not working so just use Google to search MOS just be sure to use Matters of size within the search
