I was just on the bibhanger forum asking about heavy weight hanging. The idea is you wear a heavy weight for a shorter period of time vs something like an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I like the concept, but I have already gained an inch using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] and I am not sure how effective the hangers are vs the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. So I am also curious about what type of gains you have made from this!

I use both. I always put my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on right after hanging and sleep with it on. When I sleep I have it on low tension so I dont wake up with it hurting. i'm a back sleeper so it doesnt affect me. I always hang for 20 minutes no matter the weight. Maybe that will change when I get to even higher weight though, idk.

As far as gains go my problem has been consistency. I am becoming more active in the forum so I know this will help keep me on track. At one point I noticed a quarter inch gain then got busy starting my own business. Another time my grandmother had a heart attack (recovered well). I have less than 30 hrs total hanging time since beginning last year. I am going to measure June 1st as long as i stay consistent. I like using both because the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] helps increase gains because after hanging you can keep your penis stretching. So best of both

I agree, with every home made hanger that can be created, KingSnake has the best design...especially for heavier weight.

Thanks. Haven't been able to to get back to 23 though. I attribute that to having been doing a lot of hanging. I'll probably take the weekend off from hanging and just use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] all day and night.
 
Btw, youknow me, I saw a thread of yours where you wrote that you hand and then put your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on. Does that actually work? Makes sense to me, but have you seen any results or you were too busy again (work comes first, once you solve your work issues, then you'll have no worries Penis Enlargementing, I support you!)

I usually hang at night right before bed. SO i put my hanger on a low tension and sleep with it all night.

I did not understand, do you put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or the hanger on a low tension before going to sleep? I read a thread where DLD advised not to put devices while sleeping, have you noticed any negative effects, such as soreness etc.. ?

And that was in the straight out direction.

I have always had an easier time hanging heavier weight in the down direction. will try hanging down direction soon and see how much weight i can hang with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].

it's a numbing agent...can be injected or topical. would be very bad to use for PE b/c you wouldn't know if you were causing any damage to skin or any tissue or structure of the penis and surround areas
