Guys that are intact. how do you stretch?

Hey I was wondering to all those out there who are uncircumsized like myself. Do ya'll retract the foreskin and grab under glans or stretch by grabbing the glans with the foreskin covering it. I have been stretching covered but it is difficult to get good grip in some exercises.
 
I pull the skin back fully then grab right below the glans. If I were you I would start doing the same or else you will be stretching the skin (especially the foreskin) instead of stretching the penis and ligs.
 
I don't retract either. Can't really grab that close to my glans without the protection of the foreskin. Kind of sensitive up there. I don't really mind if the skin stretches a little bit, it has grown in proportion to my dick so far.

I really don't know how to relate to this thread because I'm circumcised. But I'd like more guys to come in here and share their ideas.
 
It is very simple, someone who is uncut will need to deal with the sensitivity of pulling back the foreskin because without pulling back the foreskin you will only be stretching the skin. When the foreskin is retracted the stretch will go to the penis, not the skin.

That's correct, retract foreskin and grab under glans.

This may be sensitive at first but, over time, the glans will become used to it. As Mal says, retract and grip below the glans.
