Hey bois,this is my second month of exercises and it was time to post some routine so i can modify my program.
Starting EL: 6.7 inches and EG: around 6 inches. I do this routine 5 days a week.
1.warm up and do the newb stretches 20 min in average.
2.jelq for about 10 min-i combine slow and fast strokes
3. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words](i have [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words]) 15-20 min - i do the kegels during this time
4.This is new-i got [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words] 2 weeks ago and i am still learning how to use it. In average i get few hours during the day when i am at high green ,and at night i get it to low green.
Any suggestion is welcomed
