Hallo well I'm new on this site but I have done jelqs before but not for a long time so I decided to start again my schedule is as goes 5 days on 2 days off (5min) in the morning (5am) and (5min)in the night before I go to bed that's around 9pm this is my first week that I have gone with this workout so do you guys think its ok also he's hanging lower and looks alittle fuller and I can see some veins.
