Yes. Its quite comfortable for me. It is much thicker than the same type sleeves found at:

And it is much cheaper. The maker claims it can be worn at night because it can expand and contract. I have not tried the all night routine yet. But I can confirm that it can be worn all day without discomfort. It is easy to roll on and off. I'll let you no if there are any longer term problems.

Two pounds of force is good for healing in the extended state but without 24 hour non-stop usage it won't cause growth. It may make your tissues stronger. The price isn't bad but I wouldn't consider a device like this. Watch out for blistering during long wear times.

As I said before I'm leary about leg-straps and belt loops and other "all day devices". I never got anywhere with them and when I finally decided to get serious I wonder if they toughened me up. I like it alot, but its tricky to prevent fluid build up, you really got to get yourself to the very end of it. I slept with it last night for about 6 hours and woke up and it still had me in a nice stretched state. I asked the seller about what to use as a harness and the next day he posted another auction that came with one. I tried the link up top but that auction is completed.
