i was wondering what to look for while i am hanging...
i hang straight down while sitting at 10 pounds, it is really intense for me sincec i have only been hanging for about a month now, the first minute tends to have the most pain then it dulls out and is just a mild burn the whole time.
what are some signs i am doing this correct?
some days i have a slight soreness/tightness in my lower abdominals, about 3-6 inches above the base of my penis. it seems like i am literally pulling my dick out of my body.
also what are signs of fatigue? does this just refer to tenderness at the base of the penis?
