Okay so the thing is, im going on vacation pretty soon and i'm probably not going to have the time for that much pe, Normally im doing Redzulu's lenght workout, and im doing it on 2day on 1 day off basic.
Should i just continue this, then take a week off and do it again as normal.
or
should i do it everyday up untill the vacation, so it's really getting worked out, and then go on vacation, and use it as 1 week of restoration?
