Just curious I have been doing DLD's intro program for 2 months now and would like to add other stuff in. I have a Vmax (and a hanger) for length work and a Kaplan's pump for girth work but not sure how to add these into my program. Meaning should I pump after doing my length work (Vmax or hang) first or, do my pump work first and then Vmax or hang? Or, should I pump on one day and then Vmax or hang on the next?
