Girth work or length work first????

Just curious I have been doing DLD's intro program for 2 months now and would like to add other stuff in. I have a Vmax (and a hanger) for length work and a Kaplan's pump for girth work but not sure how to add these into my program. Meaning should I pump after doing my length work (Vmax or hang) first or, do my pump work first and then Vmax or hang? Or, should I pump on one day and then Vmax or hang on the next?

Any ideas from you veterans??
 
I am not positive but personally i like to do length first and do girth after. This being because i feel it is a good idea to stretch the skin first and then fill the newly stretched skin with blood from the girth exercises. Almost like stretching a balloon before filling it with air/ water .

I would agree with this. I find it very hard to stretch a swollen up cock from pumping or manual girth work. Since your somewhat new to the game I'd go for a one day stretching then the next day girth routine. Also mix in some jelqs between sets of pumping. As you become accoustomed to this new type of work then you can go ahead and do both on the same day.

do both. Growth comes in such small increments in either department, girth or length. You might want to consider what your biggest goal is or what your biggest weakness is, girth/length and focus on that but not forget the other.

For example, if girth is your targeted goal, you might jelq and mix in some horse440's in a 20 minute session first thing in the morning AND just before you go to bed...but don't forget hitting length so you would do some manual stretches (my preference is both the A-stretches by DLD and the straight out stretch) once you get home after work for a solid 20 minute session....5 to 7 days per week per the big gainers.
