Hey all,

I have a question about a routine I want to do, but first a little background info.

I started Penis Enlargement at the end of November. Near the middle of February I felt like my penis wasn't responding like it did when I first started, so I took some time off. That time off has become about two months and I am ready to start again.

Now for the question

I was thinking about doing a cycle of two weeks of nothing but length then two weeks of nothing but girth, so my penis doesn't get used to the exercises and I can "shock" it into gains. I thought there once was a thread about something like this but I couldn't find it when I searched.

Has anyone tried this?

Any help/advice/suggestion are appreciated - and if anyone knows of a thread then please direct me to it

don't know about this kind of exercise plan. Never tried it. All I can suggest is that no one thing works for everybody. Find what works for you. Personally I wouldn't do a inconsistent lenght program. I believe the ligs (which what you gon be mainly stretching) get use to the force applied so taking 2 weeks rest like that would give em time to get stronger, therefore resist more. Shit, I seen big gains for me when constantly peing.

so does excercising you ligs while there tired give you a better chance of gaining more,is there a time to give your ligs a break from tiring them to death for lengthning
 
Yeah i wanna know too; is stronger and healed ligs and tissues a good or bad thing? Sounds to me like a bad thing, like they would be able to resist better to the stretching of the ligaments.

Yes that is when gains are made by stretching when you are fatigue. You don't ever wanna take a break if you can help it.

Yes when you let them heal it will be much harder to make micro tears.
 
The best frequency to use is the most often you can work with and still recover from and grow with. When I started on DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I was jelqing 6 days a week, and when I tried the less is more plan (dropping it to 3 days a week) for one month my gains literally cut in half. I was seeing 1/8" girth increases per month with the 6 day plan and literally got 1/16" on the 3 day a week plan.

Stretching I had the same experience. I remember first starting stretching with 15-20 minute sessions and grew about 1/4-1/2" very quickly in about 2 months. I had to take a break over the summer and came back with a much less intensive routine (5-10 minutes) and not daily, but rather 3x a week again. Saw no growth.

I know this isn't a direct answer to the 2 week cycle thing but I don't think that would work. You need constant teardown at just the right intensity to keep the frequency as high as possible. But that level will be different for everyone so you have to find that out for yourself.
