I've been doing ULIs, Horse Squeezes, SSJs, and Jelqs. I was doing some research on some girth exercises to gain a little faster and check out different perspectives on routines, and I came across a post by some guy on CC describing an exercise I haven't seen posted here (correct me if I'm wrong). I was doing the exercise and really enjoyed and saw expansion, but I want to see what you guys have to say about it, since you've been in the game longer than I have. Can I gain with this exercise?
Threats: This exercise is a series done in order as if the penis is 4 distinct parts. Right below head, between that point and mid, mid, and base. Get a 100% erection, you must maintain it. Do a masturbation stroke and then kegel, clamp with an OK grip at each point and hold for a few seconds. Repeat these steps per section for whatever duration feels comfortable. Try to keep it balanced. Don't stop between sections if at all possible.
