theres a routine called the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] hardcore stretches you shoud check them but id say quarter an inch maybe half an inch...

In three months, if the math is correct, I made an inch gain. Lots of variables come into play, so it's difficult to specify a certain amount of growth. Is your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] stock? If you haven't modded it yet, I suggest you look into it. How long are your stretching sessions? At least 30 minutes each day would be the minimum.

Look into 'The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]' and incorporate some of those ideas/tenets. If you're hoping for miracles, it ain't gonna happen but if you dedicate yourself and have the strength of mind/body, get ready for a whole new 'you'.

Well I don't have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] yet, but I am going to get one. I'm currently 3.5 in flacid length and 6.5 erect. I'm also a little over 5 in girth when erect. My wife for some reason thinks I'm huge but I want to be bigger but not monsterous. I've been doing the stretching routine about a week now but I seem to get hard when I do it so try and wait for it to go soft again, any tips on that?
 
Your wife is probably correct in her assessment, but it's your body (and who knows, she may appreciate the 'efforts'). If you get hard during stretches, you can morph-into 'erect stretching' until your EQ subsides

Yes and a specific stretch that helps relax erection a bit is the A-stretch

90 days won't add much my dude if you want to get big you need to commit to the long haul
