Hey guys... i have been jelqing and stretching more than ever lately well the past few days not as much as the 2 weeks prior but i'm trying to keep consistent.
i've been doing something like this
30-40 mins of stretching
800 jelqs
Kegels throughout the day
I have a FEW inquiries...
Now that i am in school... i don't have as much time as i would like to perform the routines. I think at best, i can perform the following
Monday - Downward stretches - 10 mins worth
Tuesday - Full Stretch Routine - 40 mins approx.
Wednesday - Downward stretches - 10 mins worth
Thursday - Full Stretch Routine - 40 mins approx.
Friday - Full Stretch Routine - 40 mins approx. - MAYBE jelq (800)
Saturday - Full Stretch Routine - 40 mins approx. - jelq (800)
Sunday - Full Stretch Routine - 40 mins approx. - jelq (800)
This is pretty much all my schedule will allow for NOW, (cant wait till summer i'll have all the time in the world to cement some gains!!!!)
I am thinking about picking up some supplies such as a cable clamp and some stuff to make a hanger. (any tips?)
So does this routine look like i will be able to gain anything from it??? or will it merely serve as a maintenance until i can fit in some more time???
Also, what are Ulis??? how do you do them??? Also do clamps really work as everyone says they do for girth???
