I used to do manual stretches and for a couple of years got only2 lig pops. Lately, i have been concentrating on girth and stopped doing flaccid stretches. Instead, I would stretch my erect penis in the outward/downward direction. I began to get lig pops occasionally from this; much more than i have ever gotten from manual stretches. I have also noticed a small gain is size (less than 1/4 inches, but allowing me to get from a barely 8 inch bpel to a solid 8, so i definitely noticed the difference) from all these (about 10) lig pops that i have had so far in the last 4 or 5 months.

The way i do it is to grab the top half of your cock (head/shaft) with a reverse grip and the bottom with a regular grip while erect. Then, stretch down/out, depending how you are sitting.

I used to think that lig pops were a rare thing until i started to stretch like this. Let me know what you think.

Lig pops are just like cracking your knuckles, when air gets trapped at the pelvic bone, beneath the ligaments, and you pull your penis the air is released and the pop sounds. I only get these when erect and I push against my erection.

Escaping gases, movement and rough surfaces.

Your joints can make a variety of sounds: popping, cracking, grinding, and snapping. The joints that "crack" are the knuckles, knees, ankles, back, and neck. There are different reasons why these joints "sound off".

  1. Escaping gases: Scientists explain that synovial fluid present in your joints acts as a lubricant. The fluid contains the gases oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. When you pop or crack a joint, you stretch the joint capsule. Gas is rapidly released, which forms bubbles. In order to crack the same knuckle again, you have to wait until the gases return to the synovial fluid.
  2. Movement of joints, tendons and ligaments: When a joint moves, the tendon’s position changes and moves slightly out of place. You may hear a snapping sound as the tendon returns to its original position. In addition, your ligaments may tighten as you move your joints. This commonly occurs in your knee or ankle, and can make a cracking sound.
  3. Rough surfaces: Arthritic joints make sounds caused by the loss of smooth cartilage and the roughness of the joint surface.

If its working for you than congrats :) I did notice a possible pattern with guys that had a kick start or boost oncemore in length gains when they had a pop.

Got a thread going here which you may like

Ye, I was reading that thread before, when i first had one of those from flaccid stretching. I dont know, I havent had much gains in a while so it did seem like it got something going. Im pretty much done with hardcore length exercises but still pull down several times like i described, when im erect. Something seems to shift so if its moving around i guess its good.
