Version a: the Lotus position
Sitting on a chair, get into the footlong stretch position with your right hand gripping your dick behind the head per instruction. Now place your left foot squarely on your right hand or wrist.
Lean back and lift your right foot and place it on top of your left foot. You will have to raise the attitude of your gripping hand so that the pull out is straight out, horizontal. This stretch really pulls on the perineum region.
Try to do some reverse Kegels as you do this, carefully, so that you do not poop yourself!
Hold for one minute then reverse hands, feet and so on. Repeat 5 times each side.
Version b: The Maribou (The Maribou is a very ugly stork like bird with a large very ugly crop/gizzard that hangs down like a bloated scrotum below its beak.)
Do the footlong standing up.
Can you balance on one foot?

Once you have mastered these try to do them bundling your penis. Two complete twists is good.
A few dry jelqs afterwards is nice especially if you slap your dick against your leg to get the blood back again. This minimises, to some extent anyway, the shrinkage that normally occurs after intense stretching and find this pretty intense. Maybe even some helicopters at 180 rpm
