Next vid could include the reverse kegel. When you were kegeling, it looked like you were doing reverse kegel (your abdomen was moving. Mine doesn't do that with normal kegels).

So I'm kind of confused with that. My understanding it that it's just the flexing of the muscles above the base of the cock...?

As for my adbomen moving it was a mistake on my part. I was trying to throw in some strong kegals, and my adbomen happened to move. As for squeezing the muscle above the base of your penis.. it should be the muscle below your penis. You are trying to squeeze your "PC muscle".

Damn. Yeah, the videos are gone forever! They are off of my hard drive, but I do have the mini dv tape with me. I probably won't re-upload it, but I may just start over. Just for an update, I've been off of Penis Enlargement for a long time, probably around 6-8 months. I'll be getting back into it, so it may take some time for me to make a video again.
