Focus medication and PE......

Focus medication? Like for ADD or ADHD? You shouldn't have to. Try not jerking off for a while. Then when you're stimulated during you're routine you'll stay plenty focused

Supposedly children who are prescribed ridallin for ADHD grow up with smaller penises. Fewer noctural erections I guess.

I guess for the person with a limited attention span, which effects their ability to stay focused on Penis Enlargement, these medications are valuable. I know these medications work wonders for students in school with Attention Deficit Disorder and the same thing would apply to any focus intense activity.

Well I was on Ritalin a couple years while going through puberty, I've also been on Concerta too..

I am diagnosed with ADHD, and when I first started Penis Enlargement, many many many times, I would often find myself jacking off instead of jelqing off

I've learned to control that urge fairly well now, its something easiar said than done. But a small tip would be. (dont know if this applies to everyone)

DONT LOOK AT adult entertainment!

Everytime I look at adult entertainment I end up getting to into that instead of exercises, if you want to focus on your exercises than dont watch any at all, just use your imagination when you have to, if your a younger guy like me you shouldnt have much of a problem.

I seriously think I have ADHD, I've had all the signs and symptoms all my life, but have never been diagnosed. Its getting harder and harder to pay attention in class these day. I tried 20 mg of my Bro's allderall xr, he has for adhd today and its awesome for focus and productivity. I'm not sure how it would do in a Penis Enlargement session because I was studying but I'm sure it would help and it can have the side effect of decreasing sexual urges.

I was so focused, got a lot of studying done, I reached that zone where you wanna learn as much as you can, like its fun, and I wasn't getting fatigued at all. Damn I really wish I would suck up my balls and get diagnosed but then there's doctor bills and I heard adderall is expensive. Plus I don't really want my parents to know that another one of her boys is ADHD, you know there's certain stigmas associated with it.

I was thinking of buying it online but found out its illegal and I don't want to buy something oversees get quarantined, be a fake, dangerous, or get me in trouble with the law. Could anyone PM advice on what I should do. I don't want to say too much right now, but I wouldn't mind having some before finals which are in a couple weeks and nursing school is fucking Hell!

I do have ADD and have Ritalin, I only take it when I really need it. I have found no negative effects using it while Penis Enlargement'ing. Of course the positive would be greater focus and I tend to do more technical exercises that are time consuming that I wouldn't regularly do if I wasn't on the pill.

Im not add or adhd but i take adderall every now and then 2 study and from experience it's only good 2 do ur stretching routine while on it...I tried a jelq session and it was the worst ever...Now if im on adderall i'll jus skip the jelq session if i hadnt done it already...

personally I like sittin back and smokin some green from time to time. Not only does it relax me but it puts me in that zone. I feel like a spaced cadet and could stretch for hours not really even worried about the pain if any.
