Has anybody else seen results from length work and onlyflaccid jelqing?


For those unfamiliar with the jelq-stretch, i's basically what it sounds like, you jelq flaccid and then pull to a stretch in some direction at the end.
 
I like it! I think it would kind of be like Pulse 110's are for length, the motion of jelqing with a flaccid pens would definitely contribute to length gains.

Any length exercise you do will increase girth a bit. If you focus mainly on length, you will still gain a little girth. Same thing applies if you focus on girth too.
