Finally wear extender without wrapping for hours. Best for uncut.

Difficult for me to wrap for I am uncut.
I tried to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] by using the following :
1. Silicon sleeve small size of 3 inches in length.
2. Foam pad.
3. Wrap my penis with cotton strips and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words].

But all use less because :

1. The fore skin comes forward and my penis slips off from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when wrapped.
2. With silicon sleeve and foam pad. When i tight the strap of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] the skin under the frenulum constricts and pains like hell to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Guys now the best way is here. Most comfortable.

I am using this sleeve with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and its very comfortable. No problem with the fore skin and frenulum. This sleeve purchased from ab silicone.

Wow, very smart set up! I am so happy this is working for you and I think it is a worthy practice to share with others. We are always looking for better ways to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and this looks like a very valid attachment. this is a top idea im buying one of these on payday to try it out, it looks awesome. how long do you wear it for??
im using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] combo which ive worn for 2 hours and it was still comfortable no pain or anything, i just dont like the stretching the foreskin with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] it really puts me off. Ive been down the route of using the velcro strap with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] but the the wrapping and unwrapping all the time is a pain in the ass lol plus it was still painfull no matter how much i wrapped lol this could be the answer to my prayers lol cheers mate

try it and see how much it works for you. It's a good idea I have worn this with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for around 70 minutes. Never tried above that.

What are these sleeves doing, is this just a replacement for the wrapping?
And what size is needed?
Is the blood circulation still good with this?

Yes, the silicon sleeves are basically a replacement for an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] using an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace bandage[/words]. If you are going to buy an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I would highly suggest you get a vac [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or at least the vac attachment combined with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words]. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] itself does not have a very good way of attaching, but it is great as far as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] go otherwise, so if you get a good vacuum based attachment you will be able to log in hundreds of hours without being too bothered.

If you are referring to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], going more than an hour is not suggested. Every hour it should be taken off and blood circulation should be checked.

You roll it up, place it up against the tip of your head and roll it back on like you would do with a condom. Only problem i found with this particular product from absilicone is that it is solid at one end and isn't very 'deep', so when it is on it only covers the glans and a fraction of the shaft, therefore when strapping into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] i found the glans would get squished by the strap & be uncomfortable, but that's just my personal experience.

Really easy to put on too, just roll it up, get hard, hold the skin back/tight so it doesn't bunch/pinch and roll it on like a condom then roll it back over onto itself from the top & it creates a double layer under the glans where you strap in & it is super comfy! I've had my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a couple years now & was never able to wear it for more than an hour at most but with this method i can wear it for hours on end without a break now!

The strap is meant to go behind the glans but when i tried the silicone sleeve pictured in the original post i found i couldn't do that (strap behind the glans) very well & it was uncomfortable, my head felt squished and the edge of the velcro strap was resting right on the ridge. But as i said, that was just my own personal experience with it. I had bought both the manual sleeve (capped end) and the one that was labelled to use when pumping (hollow tube) when i placed my order & just found that the hollow tube was easier to use, for me anyway.

I had tried this in the first days of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. First my glans got squeezed with the strap but later on I put the sleeve more inside and was comfortable.

So I just tried exactly what you've pictured, and have to say this is incredibly comfortable. The only thing telling me that im wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is when it bumps into my thigh when i walk

the silicone sleeve im using is gripping very well with the strap on very loose. The silicone sleeve however is gripping my glands/penis too tight and cutting off circulation faster then anything I've tried before so I might grab your exact silicone sleeve and get one in a bigger size and try that instead

2 hours is fine if you are not finding discomfort, water retention or blisters. Just keep an eye on things.

The big question is, are You able to stretch at higher tension or you just stay at the same tension all through.
