weight to your penis? for a short time to get it fatigued? this is like Explosive training....infact I would place this in that category with pe.
I say DOUBLE the
weight you hang now in that session.
Make the session last 10 minutes or at least 5...than move on to a stretch that will HAMMER and I mean hammer the ligs.
