Fantastic article on PC exercises

Hey guys, I just found this thread on google, and so far, even though the PC exercises on here are bar none, this guy seems like he's got a really good lineup of stuff you can do, so I thought I'd give this guy a shot at his PC routine for a while, since frankly, I wanna be able to have complete control over my orgasms :D

Pretty good. But when you search for PC information its always a "copy & paste" from site to site. I want to find something different the topic.
 
PC work is the invisible sword when it comes to manhood. Most men do not put importance of these exercises because they can not visually see gains so they leave PC work by the wayside. Agreed. I have neglected PC exercises so much, and stuck only with the regular routine, so that by the time I'm finishing my routine, the last 100 jelqs or so, my EQ is meh in comparison to what it was when I started. Also, it helps with staying power, duh.
